Ollie
Step1-Put your back foot on the tail of your board.
Step2-Put your front foot in the middle of your board.
Step3-Push down on the tail of your board.
Step4-Then slide your front foot up and jump.
Step5-Level out your board and land.

Nollie
Step1-Put your front foot on the nose of your board.
Step2- Put your back foot in the middle of your
board.
Step3-Push down on the nose of your board.
Step4-Slide your back foot back and lift your front
foot.
Step5-Level out your board and land.
Note-This is a very hard trick to master, I still to
this day have not mastered it, so keep trying and you will get it.

180 Ollie
Step1-Put your back foot on the back of the board.
Step2-Put your front foot in the middle of the board.
Step3-Do an ollie and twist your body around.
Note-As you get better at this you can try to combine it with other tricks
like 50-50's.

Pop Shove-It
Step1-Put your back foot on the tail of the board.
Step2-Put your front foot in the middle of your board at a slight angle
toward the nose.
Step3-Push down on your back foot and kick your front foot forward and
your back foot backwards.
Step4-Let it spin in a 180 under you and land on it.

Heel Flip
Step1-Put your back foot on the back of the board.
Step2-Put your front in the middle of the board hanging off the front a
little.
Step3-Push on the back of the board and kick your front foot forward.
Step4-Let it spin under you and land on it.
Note-As you get better you can try double or tipple Heel Flips.

Kick Flip
Step1-Put your back foot on the back of the board.
Step2-Put your front foot on the two screws at a slight angle toward the
nose.
Step3-Push down on your back foot and slide your front foot up the board
and off the board.
Step4-Let the board spin under you and land on it.
Note-As you get better you can try double or tipple Kick Flips.

Grind and Slide Tricks
50-50 Grinds
Step1-Put your back foot on the back of the board.
Step2-Put your front foot in the middle of the board.
Step3-Roll up to a place to grind and get parallel to it.
Step4-Ollie and when you jump, jump forward a little and you'll land on
the ledge.
Step5-Either grind off the other end or ollie off if you slow down.
Note-As you get better you can do 180's and other tricks up to and off of
grinds.

Board Slide
Step1-Get your feet into the ollie position.
Step2-Roll up to what you want to board slide and get parallel to it.
Step3-Ollie and do a 90 degree turn and land on the thing you are board
sliding.
Step4-When you get to the end turn your body in a 90 degree turn in the
opposite direction and roll away.

Nose Slide
Step1-Get into the ollie position.
Step2-Skate up to a ledge and get parallel to it.
Step3-Ollie and turn in a 90 degree turn and get you nose on the ledge.
Step4-Once your up there put all your weight on your front foot and
slide.
Step5-When you feel like your slowing down then spin in a 90 degree turn
off it.

Tail Slide
Step1-Get into the ollie position.
Step2-Skate up to a ledge and get parallel to it.
Step3-Ollie and turn in a 90 degree turn backside and get on the ledge.
Step4-Put all your weight on your back foot and slide.
Step5-When you feel like you are slowing down then spin in a 90 degree
turn off of it.

Pumping
Step1-When you approach the slope crouch down.
Step2-When you feel you're as high as you can go stand up.
Step3-As you start to go down crouch down.

Drop in
Step1-Put the tail of your board on the edge of the pipe.
Step2-Put you back foot on the tail of your board slightly angled toward
the the pipe.
Step3-Place your front foot on the bottom truck bolts on the front of the
board.
Step4-Bulid up your confidence.
Step5-Push down on the front real hard and lean all the way forward.
Note-You may fall the first time you try. If so just
get back up and try again, because its always easier the second time.

are the basic things to lean. Grabs and kickturns are pretty
self-explanatory I think.
